What a remarkable year it has turned out to be for the HDI South Florida chapter, an inaugural year that came with many unknowns. The chapter had great success thanks to all the hard work and amazing team of dedicated officers who are the pillars for the chapter. We also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to participate and attend one of our events, this includes all our members, guests and special thanks to our 2009 event keynote speakers and sponsors.

On Thursday December 3rd, from 1:30 to 4:00 PM we will celebrate our year of success with all our members and guests in a holiday extravaganza. We are celebrating another great major milestone for the HDI South Florida chapter by awarding our 1st Annual Analyst of the Year award.

The Analyst of the Year award is an amazing opportunity and honor for our chapter and for the eventual winner who will represent the HDI South Florida chapter. The winner will also compete at the HDI Southeast regional level. The winner of the Regional award will win a free conference admission valued at $1695 and join five other regional finalists at the annual HDI National Conference in March 2010 in Orlando, Florida where the 2010 HDI Analyst of the Year will be awarded.

This holiday event is a social event without all the formalities where we promise you will have lots of time to meet and greet your peers as we begin enjoying the holiday's spirit. Come cheer and encourage our front line Help Desk Analyst's nominees and finalist's who are the face of IT at our companies. What better way to make them feel proud and honored for all their hard work, can't be a better holiday present than that.
