The South Florida Chapter of HDI hosted their Winter Event on February 11, 2010.  Featured speakers include Eddie Vidal, HDI South Florida Chapter President, and Tim Dewey, CEO of B Virtual, Inc.  Eddie presented “Call Effectiveness Monitoring...Scoring for Success” and Tim will discuss “Making the Case for the Virtual Support Center”.  This free event was held at Carnival Cruise Lines Headquarters in Doral, FL from 1 to 4 pm.  Refreshments and networking where provided!  Thank you for attending to another Service Management Excellence meeting with your peers in the HDI South Florida Chapter.
